We love our customers We get lots of letters and emails saying a simply thankyou - we are very proud of these and have shared some below. Many of our guests commented on how at ease you made them feel but most importantly how at ease you made Malcolm and I feel. I loved getting my photographs taken and I NEVER thought I would say that! You made it fun but this was also down to the fact that you had met with us and had got to know us as people and not as customers!"
